Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your account settings. Changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid charge only (after any trial). That window does not reset each billing cycle. Completed subscription periods are non-refundable—use Manage billing to cancel before renewal if you do not want the next charge. Requests made within 5 calendar days before a scheduled renewal may be limited to stopping the upcoming charge rather than refunding time already used in the current period, except where law requires otherwise. Refunds are not issued from inside the app: email support@floai.studio or use the Contact page with subject “Billing or refund request.” Include the email address on your FloAI account and whether you want a refund, a subscription canceled, or both. We typically respond within 1–2 business days; processing time on your card may take a few extra days after we approve an eligible refund.
